CONSTRUCTION STAGING. There is a small parking lot adjacent to the building on the west side just south
of the rotunda entrance area. Contractor use this lot for staging, material lay-down, and construction
trailer. Contractor responsible for providing construction trailer for temporary office within staging area.
Contractor responsible for running temporary power to construction trailer from building to nearby
supply as directed by Owner.
Item A2-8.
Strike Paragraph A. from Section 033053, 3.10. This Section calls for testing of any concrete being placed.
This would have been applicable if there was concrete patching required. There is no concrete patching in
the Project at this time, so this is not applicable. The Specification will be left in place in case any new saw

cutting and patchwork will be needed, at which time, the Owner will engage a testing agency at their
discretion.
Item A2-9.
Owner will relocate, provide and install all access control devices and security cameras. Refer Electrical
for exact requirements for Contractor.
Item A2-10.
A1610 sec. 5, Temp Check in. This section shows the customer side of the Temp. check in desk
to be PL-2 Laminate. Is this correct? This is correct.
Item A2-11.
A1600 sec. 1, shows metal air vents. Will this section be “typical” for cabinets with doors in sec. 2A1610? Yes since the only place we have cabinet doors is at the main check in desk.

All Wainscot by the finish carpenter? Yes.
Item A2-13.
A1600 Room finish legend Millwork PL2 states a “Wilsonart” product but the style information is a
“Formica” product. Should this read “Formica”? Yes- change manufacturer to Formica.
CHANGES TO SPECIFICATIONS
Item A2-14.
Refer Specifications Section 007300 Supplementary Conditions, paragraph 3.6. Add 3.6.2 as follows:
3.6.2. PROVIDE BREAKOUT PRICING IN BID FOR TAXES ON MATERIALS INVOICED IN
AMOUNTS OVER $500 OR MORE FOR OPTIONAL CONSIDERATION AS FOLLOWS: For any
materials supplied by the Contractor with an invoice over $500.00, the Contractor may
pass the invoice directly on to the Owner and the Owner will directly pay the invoiced
amount using the Owner’s tax-free status. The Contractor shall then include any Ownerpaid invoice amounts in the Application for Payment as previously paid amounts. For
invoices up to and including $500.00, the Contractor shall purchase the materials directly
and pay any applicable taxes. Following this method, materials procured in amounts over
$500.00 will be tax free, however, the Contractor is responsible for procuring the material
and including the Cost of the material in their bid. Impact on the Project Schedule to be
determined by Owner and successful bidder and taxation strategy to be determined post
bid.

Refer Specifications Section 007300 Supplementary Conditions, paragraph 9.8.6 and make the following
change:
9.8.6
Obtain City of Catoosa, Oklahoma, Occupancy Permit, and other applicable regulatory entity
and consultant-based inspections and certificates of Substantial Completion. This project is located on
Federal Trust land. No local municipal construction permit is required.

SHALL BE REPLACED WITH COMPARABLE NEW ITEM AT NO COST TO THE OWNER.
PRIOR TO INITIATING DEMOLITION ACTIVITIES INDICATED, ENSURE THAT NO JURISDICTIONALLY REGULATED
HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCE IS PRESENT WITHIN THE CONSTRUCTION AREA. IF A HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCE IS FOUND,

PROVIDE PROTECTION.
SHALL DEMOLITION ACTIVITIES REQUIRE ACCESS TO OR THROUGH EXISTING OCCUPIED PUBLIC OR PRIVATE
SPACES, CONSULT THE OWNER FOR SPECIFIC ACCESS REQUIREMENTS, AND ADHERE STRICTLY TO THE OWNER'S
REQUIREMENTS.
MAINTAIN REQUIRED EXIT ACCESS CORRIDORS AND EXITS FREE AND CLEAR AT ALL TIMES UNLESS TEMPORARY
OBSTRUCTION IS APPROVED BY JURISDICTIONAL REGULATORY AGENCIES.
IF INDICATED IN THE DRAWINGS, VERIFY THAT FIRE RESISTANCE RATING INDICATED ON EXISTING WALLS
