On 10 August, CTG CEO Deng Xiaofeng and iSoftStone Chairman & CEO Liu
Tianwen attended a signing ceremony in Beijing. This marked the beginning of
a long-term strategic partnership to develop innovative technology around
Smart Cities, cloud computing, big data, and the Internet of Things.
iSoftStone is China’s leading IT services and solutions provider. The
collaboration allows CTG to leverage iSoftStone’s talent, technologies and
capabilities, while integrating with CTG’s strong international network and
overseas customer resources. Ultimately, the partnership will provide
customers with market leading industry solutions.
A working team has been formed to ensure a smooth implementation and
on-going cooperation and communication from both parties.

Business Seminar Successfully Held in Shanghai
A business seminar was jointly hosted by China Telecom Shanghai and China
Telecom Global in late June. It attracted senior executives from various
business sectors including finance, retail, Internet media, manufacturing and
other industries.
As part of CTG’s strategy to promote its comprehensive range of services to
overseas and domestic customers, the event focused on global IT solutions,
the low latency product “Global speed +”, and a demo of CTExcel MVNO.
During the event, customers also visited the NOC and IDC room in China
Telecom’s Shanghai Information Park, and were greatly impressed by the
company’s capability in IDC and network operation.
