LIFETIME WARRANTY
E3® lawn & garden spark plugs properly installed in non-commercial equipment, for household
purposes are warranted to provide better performance than standard spark plugs, to properly
discharge a spark, and to be free of defects in material or workmanship, for the life of the first
engine in which they are installed.
E3® lawn & garden spark plugs installed in any modified engine, or used in any commercial,
institutional or industrial application, are not covered by this or any other warranty. Further, this
warranty does not cover spark plugs damaged by abuse, accident, racing or improper installation
or application.
If your E3® lawn & garden spark plugs is defective, return it, along with your cash register receipt
and the form below (properly completed), to E3 Spark Plugs, PO Box 3673 Ponte Vedra,
Florida 32004. As its only obligation, and your only remedy, Pyrotek E3, LLC will replace the
spark plug.
THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES;
AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE,
ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY.
PYROTEK E3, LLC WILL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE FOR COSTS OF REMOVAL OR
INSTALLATION OF SPARK PLUGS, RETURN SHIPPING COSTS, LOSS OF USE OR
ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT COSTS OR DAMAGES,
WHETHER FOR BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY, ANY OTHER BREACH OF
CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER TORT, OR ON ANY STRICT LIABILITY
THEORY.
