INVITATION
The Tenth Asia-Pacific International Conference on Lightning (APL 2017)
provides good opportunity to present and discuss latest findings in the field of lightning
discharge and lightning protection. The Tenth Asia-Pacific International Conference
on Lightning in Krabi, Thailand will continue along the line of the previous
conferences, which were held in Beijing (2003), Seoul (2004), Tokyo (2005),
Guangzhou (2007), Jeju (2008), Yokohama (2009), Chengdu (2011), Seoul (2013) and
Nagoya (2015).
The conference is organized by the ECTI Association,
King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang, and APL2017 Local Organizing
Committee.

SUBMISSION OF PAPER
Please submit original papers by Wednesday 30th November, 2016 to
www.apl2017.org Your manuscript should be prepared according to the
detailed instructions for authors for this conference (the template is provided),
and should be submitted in PDF format. The manuscript length should be 4 to
10 pages. Author’s kits are available at following website:www.apl2017.org.
Each paper will be peer-reviewed and notification of acceptance/rejection will
be sent by January 31, 2017. The final paper should be submitted online by
February 28, 2017. The official language of the conference will be English.
All printed matters, oral presentations and discussions will be in English.
REGISTRATION
All participants, including speaker, are expected to register and pay
the registration fee of 15,000 THB, which includes inclusive conference
material, welcome dinner, banquet and social tour.
