Door Details
• Wood grain embossed, hot-dipped galvanized steel. Pre-finished exterior and interior then coated with baked-on polyester
primer and acrylic finish.
• 26-gauge on Thermal Models
• 24-gauge or 25-gauge on Pan Style models
RP-25, CT-24, TR-138, TR-2000, LP-138 & LP-II
• Raised Panel design for that traditional, classic look.
• Uniquely designed tongue and groove section joints create weather-resistant seal against rain, snow and wind.
• Thermal model has tough PVC seal to provide continuous thermal break on all sections, reducing thermal transmissions.
• Tough “U“ shaped bottom astragal helps protect against elements.
• 18-gauge hot-dipped galvanized stiles are carried the full height of the sections providing superior strength and durability
compared to commonly used hinge pads.
• Thermal stiles are recessed and concealed.
• Pan stiles are constructed of single piece so there are no welds to rust.
• Hinges are 14-gauge, hot-dipped galvanized steel for lasting durability.
• Thermal Models have polystyrene insulation bonded to 26-gauge steel skin providing thermal protection to the edge of each
section.

• Fade-Resistant Kynar Colors available in White, Beige, Green and Sepia
(Thermal models only)
• Polystyrene insulation reduces heat loss and features a laminated High
Impact Thermal Styrene (HITS) backer. (Pan Style only).
