Our foam can be purchased by the piece or in complete sets, 4-piece for
Standard and 6-piece for Sport. For both styles, the back bolster pockets
are mesh reinforced to help prevent tear out, a common problem on
the original foam. Correct size, shape and foam density. Correct hook
fasteners, embedded in the foam, not glued on the surface. Molded
in trim lines on the bottom pieces to aid in trimming for power seat
controls.

Our C5 Door Panels are manufactured as two pieces, just like the
originals. The top section is black, and the bottom section is dyed to your
interior color. For Shale Panels, the entire door will be dyed. Panels are
assembled, and include felt and three top mounting clips. Panels do not
include: speaker grille screen, door pull handle & bracket, lamp, defroster
duct, door handle screw plug, Styrofoam insert or switch panel.

The package uses four high performance Bilstein shocks that are specially
valved for the composite spring equipped Corvette. This package also
includes a track proven competition duty composite front monospring.
All new polyurethane bushing kit gives your C5 quicker handling and more
responsive suspension. With less deflection than stock bushings, they
also help maintain a more precise alignment geometry under severe
driving conditions. Special bushings are graphite impregnated for a silent,
squeak-free front end. They’re impervious to gas, oil and other harsh road
chemicals. Last longer than stock bushings too!
