Choosing the Appropriate Configuration
TimeClock
Simple Timetracking Device
Overview
TimeClock™ defines practicality as a timekeeping solution in today’s busy
workplace. Its simple “plug and play” setup, exceptional ease of use, flexibility,
and affordability make it ideal for just about any workforce. Employees can
clock in and out with the swipe of a card, through a Personal Identification
Number (PIN), or through a biometric finger scan with the addition of the
PrintReader™. There is NO software to install. Simply view, edit, and run
reports using your web browser. Our web-based server automatically does all
the collecting, calculating, processing, and reporting quickly and accurately.
Package Contents
Includes the TimeClock unit, power cord, phone cord, faceplate, mounting
screws, a badge-swipe cleaner, and instructions.
Hardware & Setup
Choosing the appropriate configuration for VoiceClock™ is essentially
determined through basic mathematical considerations. A simple analysis
of the usage level should offer the service provider with enough information
to determine the correct amount of available phone lines, taking into
account the amount of time it takes to complete a clock-in call, the amount
of employees needing to use the system, and the times of day at which these
employees will clock in, keeping in mind all clients that would be using the
system. To offer an example, a VoiceClock™ unit that services 3 clients who
each have 25 employees clocking in at unspecified times through the day
may be best suited with a 3 line system. Because an average phone call to
clock-in takes anywhere from 8 to 20 seconds, depending on whether clock
prompts are being used to gather additional employee data, the service
provider must determine if a in-bound phone traffic issue would occur at
some point through the day. A similar example, however, may have the 25
employees all attempting to clock in at 8:00 am and out at 5:00 pm. In this
case, a 6 or 12 line system should be considered for this application.
FlexClock
Multi-Purpose Time Device
The TimeClock™ solution was designed
with “everyday people” in mind. There
is no software to install or manage,
and the unit is ready-to-go after
a quick, two-minute reprogram
process. TimeClock requires
only a power source to collect
punches and a standard analog/
fax line to transmit data to the
server each night. With the
TimeClock™ solution you also
have access to WebClock™, which
offers the ability for employees to clock
in/out and view their time card online.
Overview
TimeClock™ can be mounted on the wall and
requires only a power source and standard analog fax/
phone line to
transmit data, making it well suited to operate in most work environments, 2
to 2000 employees. Because it can store punches internally, TimeClock™ can
also be brought on-site to collect punches (power source required) then later
connected to an analog phone line to transmit punch data.
With each series organizations can implement a number
of differing features and options. The “Exceptional
Z24
Value” Z-Series is positioned for combining advanced
technology with exceptional affordability. The “Trusted Technology” Vx-Series
offers a selection of unique features through proven Verifone equipment, the
preferred hardware choice of today’s banking industry. Finally, the “Precision
Optics” L-Series delivers industry-leading biometric technology for high-precision
employee tracking.
2
FlexClock is a feature-rich timekeeping solution
that offers employers a wide variety of labor
management technologies through three
separate series of timekeeping devices (Z-Series,
Vx-Series, and L-Series). What makes FlexClock
ideal as a timekeeping solution is the broad
LA-2000
variety of unique technologies offered through
one simple user interface, including biometric employee
verification, cellular data connectivity, proximity badge
integration, and near real time connectivity. FlexClock
offers the “flexibility” required to handle the needs of
virtually any workforce.

Vx570
VoiceClock
Telephonic Timekeeping System
Overview
VoiceClock™ is an advanced timekeeping solution that combines the
efficiency of automated timekeeping with the convenience and mobility
of a telephone. Because the VoiceClock™ unit can remain at the location
of the payroll service provider as it services one to many clients, employees
from any authorized company and location can clock in and out right over
the phone. To prevent unauthorized employee punching, Caller ID may be
used to designate which phone numbers are permitted to act as a time clock.
VoiceClock™ can also be used with other time collection devices, such as
TimeClock™ and WebClock™ , making it a perfect solution when working with
both remote and stationary employees.
Purchasing Options
Available in 3 , 6, or 12 line models. System includes only the VoiceClock™
unit and modems for each line purchased. A 3 line upgrade may be added to
any previously purchased VoiceClock™. Additional hardware such as a mouse,
keyboard, and monitor may be required for advanced configurations. An
instruction Manual is included in the box.
Hardware & Setup
VoiceClock™ is configured to service one or many clients through a single
unit and was intended to reside at the location of the service provider.
VoiceClock™ systems may be set up in 3, 6, or 12-line configurations to
manage incoming employee punch demands. To provide scalability as
your VoiceClock™ user
base grows, the system
may be purchased in a
3-line configuration, after
which additional phone
lines may be purchased
and added in blocks of
3. VoiceClock™ then
connects to the Internet
via Ethernet for real-time
data transmission and
supervisor management.

Accessories
PrintReader™
PrintReader™ is an add-on biometric device that
offers the convenience of “plug and play” hardware
with the sophistication of biometric labor
tracking. Because PrintReader™ can be added to
your current TimeClock™ 330/380 timekeeping
solutions, eliminating the costly expense of
“buddy punching” with your current system can
be completed through a simple hardware addon and programming upgrade of your existing
TimeClock™ system.
Badge Cards
Badge cards can be used as a simple method for
employees to swipe in or out on the
TimeClock. Cards can be customized
with a logo, name, picture, or other
information specific to your company,
your client’s company, or each individual
employee. Generic time keeping cards
are also available. Card pricing varies,
dependent on color and information
printed on the card.
Badge Rack
Protect your badge cards from bending, damage,
general wear and tear, or being lost with a
durable steel 40-card badge rack. Badge racks
can be ordered in both horizontal and vertical
configurations, permitting employee names located
on badge cards to be visible with both vertical and
horizontal prints.
Wireless Phone Jack
Create an additional Analog phone jack/connection
in your office in the location of your choice through this wireless phone
jack receptacle. This useful tool channels and relocates an Analog phone
connection through the electrical infrastructure of the building, allowing you
to more conveniently set up your TimeClock 330/380 unit.
3
Data Extraction Kit
Periodically, a TimeClock 330/380 may lose its
ability to transmit and communicate with the
web server and is unresponsive to the user. Use
the data extraction kit to manually extract
the punch data from the unresponsive
TimeClock 330/380 to avoid a potential loss
of punches.
TimeClock Badge-Swipe Cleaners
If your TimeClock is having difficulties reading employee badge swipes, use
this cleansing card to remove unwanted settlement on the badge reader with
just a few quick swipes.
TimeClock Face Plate
Add a new face plate to the keypad of your reprogrammed TimeClock
terminal.
TimeClock P250 Printer
Connect this printer to your TimeClock unit to
allow employees to print a punch receipt of
their in or out time.
TimeClock Wall-Mount
Mount your TimeClock to the wall with this
high-grade. plastic mounting base.
Power Converter
Enable mobile punching with a vehicle
power adapter. Employees can then simply
punch in and out right on-site from a
supervisor vehicle.

WebClock
Realtime PC Based Punching
Overview
Employees can clock in/
out and view their time
card online through
any Web browser with
WebClock™, the most
simple, convenient, and
affordable timekeeping
solution available.
WebClock™ makes
time tracking available
through a Web browser,
without the need for hardware or software installation and maintenance. In
fact, new accounts can be up and running in minutes, and timekeeping data
is then available for editing and reporting in real time.
Because WebClock™ is web-based, you can have a time clock anywhere there
is a PC with Internet access, and to avoid the risk of fraudulent employee
punching, IP addresses can be used to specify which computers will act as a
time clock. Your timekeeping account can have as many workstations in the
network as are needed, without any additional hardware costs or setup needs.
Price
WebClock™ has a one-time activation charge in addition to monthly
service charges.
Hardware & Setup
WebClock™ requires only a standard computer workstation (PC or Mac) with
Internet access to operate.
