ForallPhysician’sandotherHealthCareProfessionals:Sincethiswillbeyour
firsttimeusingCMETracker,pleaseselect“Iamanewuser”thenenteryour
emailaddress.
Thesystemwillautomaticallydoublechecktodeterminewhetheryouhaveaprofilein
thewebsitedatabase.
IfyouareaMDorDOthereisagreaterchanceyouwillalreadyhaveaprofileduetothe

fromchoicesandenterthenumberofcreditsyouwishtoclaim.Clickthe
“Continue”buttonatthebottomofthescreen.Youmustfollowtherequiredinput
method:ex– 1creditwouldbeenteredas01.00.Ifitisenteredincorrectlyyouwill
getawarningandwillnotbeabletocontinue.
The “Certificate Preparation” screenpopsup with a Thank youmessage.
Ifyoudonotwantacertificate,clickthe“Done”buttonandyouwillbetaken
backtotheCMECertificateScreen.
YouhavenowcompletedtherequiredstepstoattestCMEattendanceandhave
received creditforthisactivity.
Ifyou would like acertificate,click onthe “Display Certificate” button. Please be
sure that yourbrowser allows popupsfor thissite. Ifyourcertificate does not
