- Susol RMU is used to sectionalize underground power distribution network under 24kV.
Its various characteristics include disconnecting faulty section, interrupting fault current for load and protecting
transformer by power fuse or circuit breaker. It is also enable to establish Compact Subsation through
combination with transformer.

In case of Closing, circuit current flows through electrode
pole of interrupter, the contact is quickly opened when fault
current occurs which needs rapid interruption.
The arc on the surface of the contact is protecting the
contacts from the damage and temperature rising thanks to
its spiral structure which makes an induction field.
Metal vapor which makes the arc will be condensed on the
shield near the contact, so finally metal vapor will be
disappeared due to arc extinction.
the product material from metal vapor will be rapidly
condensed, and the contact restores insulation to endure
recovery voltage.

OCR operation is based on self-power of internal
CT(Current Transformer), also enable to configure the
characteristics such as inverse-time or definite-time
against to short-circuit, overload and grounding.
You can configure parameter by HEX switch on the
front cover or customer-friendly control by computing.
It also provides digital memory for saving slot to record
recent trip value.
This OCS has been used for distribution network as it
obtained credibility through customers in worldwide.
