ABOUT THE ATLANTA BIKE EXPO
The Atlanta Bike Expo is a consumer expo showcasing bicycles, cycling gear, cycling events and destinations. Sponsoring
the Atlanta Bike Expo offers a unique opportunity to market men and women from various demographics, including affluent
road cyclists, casual riders, mountain bikers and community attendees. In addition to shopping, attendees have the
opportunity to attend seminars and talk with bicycle advocates, industry leaders, retailers, riding zones, cycling competitions
and much more.
By sponsoring the Expo, you will demonstrate your dedication to cycling as a fun and efficient transportation alternative.
You will also be supporting activities whose efforts expand cycling infrastructure and raise public awareness. Of course

As an official VIP Lounge Sponsor, you will have access to the Expo VIP’s, corporate sponsors, community leaders, all
access pass holders and celebrity guests. VIP Lounges are private, access-restricted areas at the expo where VIP’s gather
to mix and mingle. Refreshments and giveaways will be provided. This is an excellent opportunity for companies that are

Indoor Cycling/ Spinning Competition Sponsorship:
As an official indoor cycling/spinning competition sponsor, your company will be recognized as the official indoor/spinning
Sponsor throughout the Expo. Logo to be on Expo website with hyperlink to sponsor website, Company banners to be
displayed on Spinning Zone area, logo and name on all print marketing materials, social media exposure via Facebook and
YouTube page, full page ad in Expo Guide Book, and 15 complimentary general admission tickets.

Outdoor Road/Electric Bike Test Track Sponsorship:
As an official test track sponsor, your company will be recognized as the official test track sponsor throughout the Expo.

Fashion Show Sponsorship:
Feature your cycling apparel in the Atlanta Bike Expo fashion show. Attendance is limited to 200 guests who are most
interested in viewing the latest cycling fashions and accessories from fashion retailers in the Southeast Region. Runway
models will display the latest trends in biker gear fashion. Sponsors will also receive a full-page ad in the Expo Guide Book,
social media postings, company logo on Expo website with hyperlink to sponsor website, distribution of promotional items in
show bags, and 15 complimentary general admission tickets.
(Note: Sponsor must provide clothing, models, banners, print material, and show props.)

Official Bag Show Sponsorship:
If you want to ensure that the maximum number of attendees encounters your brand or log, being a bag sponsor is right for
you. Official bag sponsors will have their company logo prominently displayed on welcome bags given to each attendee at
the expo. Thousands of attendees walking the expo floor with your company over 5,000 show bags will be distributed.
(Note: Exclusive sponsor is responsible for the cost and production of show bags.)

Exclusivity: $1,500.00
Official Show Bag Insert Marketing:
At the Atlanta Bike Expo, attendees are given a gift bag upon entry filled with samples and literatures that they will take
home and review at their leisure. Inserting your marketing material into the show bags is an excellent opportunity to ensure
the maximum numbers of attendees receive your information on your business; including those who may not have an
opportunity to visit your company’s booth. Only (1) promotional item (flyer, brochures, etc.) will be inserted into the Expo
show bag (up to 5,000 units), which will be handed out to visitors as they walk in the entry way.
Investment: $150.00 per insert
Kids Zone Sponsorship:
The kid zone will be a high traffic area providing exposure to young families. Kids Zone Sponsors will be recognized as
official Kids Zone Sponsor throughout Expo weekend. Logo will appear on all Expo print material, t-shirts and social media
postings. Kids Zone Sponsors will also receive a 10 x 10 vendor booth as well as (10) complimentary general admission
Expo tickets.
