India. With regards to your query regarding the provisions of the Indian Copyright Act,

Education, Ministry of Human Resources Development and to the Department of
Publication, Government of India under section 6(3) of the Right to Information Act,
2005.

information is as under:Economic Survey published by the Ministry of Finance, was a yearly publication
1. upto 2007. But from 2008 to till date Economic Survey is not received in the
Department of Publication for sale. Copy right of Economic Survey of India was
held with Department of Publication till 2007.

Not applicable because after 2007 Economic Survey of India is not received in
this Department.
The First Appellate Authority in this case is Joint Secretary & Controller of
Publications, Department of Publication, Civil Lines, Delhi-110054.
