In the Procurement Leadership Development Program (PLDP), you will have the opportunity to explore the following career paths: Strategic Procurement, Procurement Controlling and Reporting and Supplier Quality. The program includes instructional sessions, hands-on experience, exposure to multiple job positions, and training in leadership and business skills. You will learn: Who Should Apply? To apply for the Procurement Leadership Development Program, candidates must meet the following requirements: Majors: Supply Chain Management, Operations/Materials Management or Business Management Graduation Date: Candidates must graduate by the program start date, but no more than one year prior Minimum GPA: 3.0 Relocation and Travel: Candidates must be able to relocate and travel as required by the program Tactical procurement Procurement controlling and reporting Work Authorization: Permanent work authorization in the U.S. is required Strategic procurement Supplier Quality PLDP program participants are full-time employees with full benefits.
