Job Title: Human Resources Specialist Classification: Non-Exempt Reports To: Director of Human Resources and Community Engagement Job Summary/Objective: The incumbent is responsible for providing critical, confidential, and professional administrative support to the Human Resources Department. Responsibilities include providing exemplary employee and student customer service, and support of specific HR functions including day to day operations, data entry, payroll, file maintenance, reports, coordination/communication of meetings, training, and conferences. Conduct new hire orientation and complete applicable new hire paperwork. Track position changes such as new hires, terminations etc. and record data on spreadsheets; creating and disseminating appropriate reporting.
