Note: The above vertical lanes are determined as per job description. Schedule includes retirement and increases by 3 percent
cumulative based on job classification and 1.5 percent based on experience. (Step increments for years of experience allocated
when funding is available.) Personnel with Maintenance experience shall receive up to three years experience (twelve months
work equals one year of experience) Part-time work (not regular): $7.25 to $8.50 per hour depending upon qualifications
of the employee.(7/11/2009) The regular work week shall consist of 40 hours (8 hours per day, 5 days per week).
All over-time must be approved by the Buildings and Grounds Supervisor except in the case of an emergency
such as break-ins, heating failures, plumbing leaks, etc.
M-6 starts where M-5 left off with a 19.5% increase. Certification or License of Trade Required. (1/1/2014)
