PREFACE

developed models are base on the original product, and summary of the

generation UV coating / embossing machine, its structural design rigorous,
robust and durable. Coating roller part is precision designed to improve the
coating precision and uniformity. The product is easy to use, safe, reliable,
high efficiency, low cost, attractive appearance, widely used in small studio,
printing, graphics shops and other units applicable, is ideal coating equipment.
Note: In order to better understand and master the use of the UV coating
machine, you must first read the manual, which will help you work more
efficiently, give full play to the performance of the machine, get the best effect
of coating, and beneficial use of the machine and the maintenance and repair,
extend the life of the machine.
SAFETY PRECAUTION
1、Fan must be opened if lights on. After turn off the light, must wait 5mins
before turn off the fan. If not，it will damage the fan and uv lamp
2、If used every day then no need washing machine, if not days, pour the uv
oil out and seal well, and then pour into alcohol between the rollers to
circulation cleaning
3、Uv liquid must be dark storage, otherwise will be hard knot. If uv liquid too
thick, you can add alcohol to dilute with a small can, when placed in 2 / 3 oil,
1 / 3 alcohol, after shaking, the uv liquid can be poured into the uv liquid plate
to use.
4、When cleaning do not let the clean cloth roll in, so as to avoid mechanical
damage. Do not impact the silicon roller and the stainless steel roller with hard
material.

5、Voltage of 220V, frequency 50Hz, check the voltage whether it is suitable
or not。The voltage is not higher than 235v，lower than 210v。
6、Pay attention to the uv liquid cleaning can not have junk, avoid inflow junk
into complement pump cost pump damage
7、Print photos have to be dry enough before coating, otherwise the surface
will be easy reticulate，please coat the paper after turning on the uv lamp 3~5
mins。

1、Coating machine motor and circuits guarantee one year. After purchase
please apply the guarantee certificate within a month.

Uv coating the Laser printing, inkjet photo paper, coated paper, adhesive
paper and so on. Finished product will be waterproof, moisture-proof,
anti-aging, anti-UV, and non-destructive the photos, can be repeated coating.
Uv liquid directly attached to the picture surface by ultraviolet irradiation
curing, not falling, and high temperature resistance. There is glossy and matt
uv liquid. The glossy liquid give the effect of brightness, color bright, and
clear lines. The matt liquid gives the effect of not reflective, elegant, stable
appearance. It is now widely used in photo printing, print, photo, inkjet, poster,
book covers, paintings, calendars, cards, product samples, packaging and
carton box coating

Chapter 2 Operation and adjustment
一、Power on
1 、 Connect to the power(Find the best professional electrician to assembly
power)
2、pour the uv liquid into the liquid plate， put the tube into the uv liquid。
3. turn on the buttons of power、heat dissipation、UV lamp、trigger switch,
4. turn on the speed adjustment. According to your demand to adjust the speed
5. Adjust the front steel roller to control the thickness of the
UV liquid（the adjustment is in front of you ）
6. pull the liquid tube between two rollers，turn on the oil button
7. when the two rollers are full of uv liquid， make the coating metal go down
（put the zipper pulls behind，the coating metal will be down，put the zipper
pulls front，the coating metal will be up）
8. turn on the scraper button in the left of the machine（when working，make
the handle open，when finishing，make the handle close）
9. begin to coat， you could adjust the thickness of the uv liquid。
二、Power off steps
1.Turn down the oil button, UV lamp button
2. clean the rollers by alcohol
3. take back the liquid tube
4. turn off the speed adjustment

5. after 10 mins, turn off the heat dissipation、power buttons.
6. loose the front roller(face to you )， rise the coating metal
7. close the scraper
三、Trouble Shooting
1. Coating paper/photos appears Not-dry and bubble---Uv liquid did not fully
shake. Coating speed too fast
2. Part of the coating finished is missing---Check the silicone roller to see if
there any damage. If so, change the roller.
3. The uv lamps appears off phenomenon is voltage instability, loose
electrical plug, wires too small cause. In this case, do not switch the lamp
frequently. It could easily lead to mechanical damage
4. The uv coating thickness is not even. Please adjust the rollers to balance
the silicon rollers.
5. The coating finished is too deep, too dark. It maybe the uv liquid is too
density, please add alcohol to dilute.
6. The paper/photo are roll in the roller. The paper is too thin, too bendy.
Increase the paper thickness. Or the uv liquid is too much.
7. If the photo surface appears shock pattern, perhaps the roller bearing is
loose or broken. Please replace it.
8. No power and the display light are off. Check power plug, switch and
power cable.
