Description
The Piezoelectric Pump is a compact, low power lightweight diaphragm pump with
piezoelectric actuation mechanism. These features make the Piezoelectric Pump ideal for
integration into experimental set-ups and instruments. There are 3 versions of the pump
covering different flow rate ranges and a pump controller. The flow rate output can be
varied by adjusting the applied voltage and frequency.

Micropump Controller
The Micropump Controller provides a compact solution for the flexible control of up to 2
Piezoelectric Pumps. The front panel user interface enables the configuration of output
voltage and frequency for quick changes to the pump flow rate. It also features a memory
function to store the latest setting used.
Please note The Micropump Controller is not suitable for use with the Stainless Steel
Piezoelectric Pumps (Part Nos. 3200311-3200315).

It is recommended to connect to the input and output ports of the Piezoelectric Pump
using soft elastomeric tubing. There is a tubing pack available for each pump that
contains the required tubing and barbed adaptors to connect to male UNF ¼-28” fitting.
