The Academy: Vision Statement
It is the vision of the CREC Greater Hartford Academy of the
Arts that every student, no matter what their economic,
racial, or ethnic background, can achieve at high levels and
become successful lifelong learners. We believe the arts are
vital to that development because they promote the
independence of thought that is necessary for students to
show leadership and creativity, both inside and outside of
school.
