Our office is clarifying the intent of the Skid Steer Loader award. As noted in the Invitation for Bids on page
6 under “SCOPE”:
This Invitation for Bids seeks offers for four (4) wheel drive, rubber tired, liquid cooled diesel
engine driven skid steer loaders complete with bucket including a male/female (hydraulic) quick
coupler system, which shall be installed and made operational for use with optional attachments. The
intent of the resulting award is to allow end users the ability to purchase skid steer loader/s with
options and/or attachments at time of purchase only. This is not a “parts” contract. Attachments must
be ordered when the skid steer loader is ordered.
