The unit has a real-time clock that allows for time stamping of all the data in the instrument when log events are created. I/O Change Log • Provides a Time Stamped Log of any Relay Output • Provides a Time Stamped Log of Input Status Changes • 2048 Events Available Limit/Alarm Log Historical Logs • Provides Magnitude and Duration of an Event • 3 Assignable Historical Logs • Independently Programmed Trending Profiles • Includes Time Stamps and Alarm Value • 2048 Events Available • Up to 64 Parameters per Log System Events Log Historical Trending To protect critical billing information, the meter records and logs the following with a time stamp: • Demand Resets • Password Requests • System Startup • Energy Resets • Log Resets • Log Reads Alarm Log Limits Alarms and Control Capability (V4 Option) Limit Events • Any measured parameter • Up to 16 Limits • Voltage Imbalance • Current Imbalance • Programmable Settings Changes Limit Set Up • Based on % of full scale settings HIGH PERFORMANCE POWER QUALITY ANALYSIS (V5 AND V6) Simultaneous Voltage and Current Waveform Recorder Independent CBEMA Log Plotting The unit records up to 512 samples per cycle for a voltage sag or swell or a current fault event. The unit provides the pre- and postevent recording capability shown in the table below. Waveform records are programmable to the desired sampling rate. V5 provides up to 3 Megabytes storage and V6 provides a total of 4 Megabytes. The meter stores an independent CBEMA log for magnitude and duration of voltage events. This allows a user to quickly view total surges, total sags and duration without retrieving waveform data. The meter's advanced DSP design allows Power Quality triggers to be based on a 1 cycle updated RMS. Up to 170 events can be stored until the memory fills. The meter stores waveform data in a first-in/first-out circular buffer to insure data is always recording. Harmonic Recording to the 40th Order The Shark® 200 meter provides advanced harmonic analysis to the 40th order for each voltage and current channel in real time. Using the stored waveforms, harmonic analysis is available to the 255th order. A certificate of calibration accompanies every meter. MADE IN THE USA Vortex flow meters detect the frequency of alternating low pressure vortices that are formed as flow is diverted around a bluff body. These swirling low pressure zones apply lateral pressure first to one side and then to the other of sensors located downstream of the bluff body. This causes the sensors to vibrate. The frequency of this vibration is directly proportional to the flow velocity. DESCRIPTION The ONICON F-2600 Series Vortex Flow Meter is a flexible design that provides accurate, reliable flow measurement in steam and high temperature water applications. The F-2600 is designed with a two stage all welded bluff body/sensor design that enhances signal sensitivity and extends the operating range of the meter. This innovative feature also protects the sensors from pressure shocks and solids suspended in the flow stream. The basic loop powered model provides volumetric flow measurement for water at temperatures up to 500° F. Adding the integral temperature sensor option allows for mass flow measurement of saturated steam. Meters provided with integral pressure and temperature sensors are capable of measuring mass flow of superheated steam. Optional versions of the meter are also available that include serial communications and multiple analog outputs. A certificate of calibration accompanies every meter. FEATURES Made in America DESCRIPTION All F-5000 Series Thermal Mass Flow Meters provide accurate mass flow measurement of natural gas, compressed air and other industrial gases. The proprietary sensor design measures mass flow directly and does not require additional pressure or temperature compensation to deliver accurate flow data. The F-5200 is available as an inline or an insertion style meter. Both versions require 24 VDC power and are provided with a single analog 4-20 mA output and a separate scalable contact closure pulse output. APPLICATIONS •Natural Gas • Compressed Air •Other Combustible Gases •Industrial Gases GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS ACCURACY Natural gas / Propane gas ± 1.0% of reading from 500 – 7000 SFPM ± 2.0 % of reading from 100 – 500 SFPM Compressed air & other high velocity calibrations ± 1.0 % of reading + 0.5% of scale over a 100:1 turndown OVERALL FLOW RANGE 5 to 35,000 SFPM SENSING METHOD Thermal mass flow utilizing hybrid analog/digital sensing circuitry PIPE SIZE RANGE Insertion style - 1” through 24” nominal diameter Inline style - ¼” through 4” nominal diameter INPUT POWER Standard 24 VDC ±10%, 100 mA maximum current 0765-3 / 19856 Excellent Long Term Reliability ONICON thermal mass flow meters employ a low maintenance, non-moving parts technology to sense flow and are generally unaffected by debris in the flow stream. Highly Accurate Over A Wide Operating Range Our proprietary hybrid analog/digital sensing circuitry is very stable and yet highly responsive to changes in flow. This stable yet responsive design allows for accurate flow measurement over a very wide operating range (over 1000:1 for the inline version). It also makes the meter ideal for measuring low flow rates. Inline Meters Are Provided With Built-in Flow Conditioners - Flow conditioners are built in to all ½” through 4” diameter inline meters. The flow conditioner significantly reduces overall straight run requirements for installation. Insertion Meters Can Be Installed Without Interrupting Gas Service* ONICON’s hot tap design allows for installation without interruption to the gas service. The meter can also be removed for service without disrupting flow. Excellent Value ONICON insertion style meters are accurate, easy-to-use and reliable. They are also priced independently of pipe size. This makes them an excellent value, particularly in larger diameter pipes. * See note on next page. The optional D-100 Flow Display provides a local indication of rate and total and a network interface for BACnet, MODBUS, LonWorks, JCI - N2, or Siemens - P1 FLN networks. 1500 North Belcher Road, Clearwater, FL 33765 • Tel (727) 447-6140 • Fax (727) 442-5699 www.onicon.com • sales@onicon.com 06-13 GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS (cont.) Microprocessor Options Hardware Features Dell Inspiron 3000 series computers now offer the following enhanced features: • • The Dell Inspiron 3000 series portable computer is available with a 200-, 233-, or 266-megahertz (MHz) Intel® Pentium® microprocessor or a 233- or 266-MHz Intel Pentium II microprocessor. All microprocessors used in the Inspiron 3000 series incorporate MMX™ technology. Current applications not designed specifically for MMX technology should gain a slight improvement in performance when run on a system with a Pentium microprocessor with MMX technology. Software written specifically to take advantage of MMX technology (labeled “Designed for Intel MMX”) shows even greater improvement in performance, depending on the type of application. In addition, a Pentium microprocessor with MMX technology provides twice the amount of internal cache memory available with the standard Pentium microprocessor. A minimum of 32 megabytes (MB) of synchronous dynamic random-access memory (SDRAM). The 32 MB consists of 16 MB of nonremovable memory on the system board and a 16-MB 3.3-volt (V) memory module in one of the two memory module sockets on the system board. Memory on any Inspiron 3000 series computer can be increased up to 144 MB by installing a combination of 16-, 32-, or 64-MB, 3.3-V memory modules in the two memory module sockets on the system board. • 512 KB of static RAM (SRAM) level 2 (L2) cache memory. Cache memory enhances the speed of many microprocessor operations by storing the most recently accessed contents of system memory. • www.dell.com 32 kilobytes (KB) of internal cache memory.
