The Omron M3600 and M1200HH are
self-contained Non-Invasive Blood
Pressure (NIBP) modules that combine
the hardware and software necessary to
perform complete blood pressure
measurements.
These modules can be easily integrated
into new or existing medical OEM
systems. The M3600 module is a
hospital grade device with full
redundancy and comprehensive
automatic measurement features, while
the lower-cost M1200HH module is for
high accuracy home and telemedicine
environments. Both modules are
specifically designed to maximize
patient comfort and ease of
measurement, and are based on an
advanced non-invasive oscillometric
measurement technique.

determines a patient-specific
inflation pressure which results
in a more comfortable
measurement experience for
the patient.
Dynamic Linear Deflation
Deflation rate adjusts according
to the patient’s pulse rate to
allow for faster measurements
without affecting accuracy. With
less time spent taking
measurements, clinicians can
spend more time helping
patients, and thereby increasing
productivity.
Hospital Grade Design
Included in the M3600 are dual
transducers and dual CPU
processors. The second system
monitors the actions of the first,
and will safely shut-down the
NIBP module in the unlikely
event of an abnormal situation
being detected.

M3600 NIBP Module
This professional OEM NIBP device
integration module utilizes hospital grade
technology (full redundancy required)
and is fully supported by Omron’s
30-years’ expertise in BP measurement.
It takes measurements from adults, children or
newborns, utilizing the non-invasive oscillometric
method, which is based on monitoring the
oscillations caused by the arterial pressure pulse.
To meet the obligatory safety requirements for a hospital grade NIBP
module, the M3600 incorporates a dual self-regulating system, including dual CPU processors, blood pressure transducers and deflation
valves. If abnormal operation is detected the module switches safely to
stand-by mode until the error condition is cleared.
Expected Life: 6 years or 100K operations
M1200HH NIBP Module
This is a semi-professional, stand-alone
device for Home Healthcare medical electronics systems as well as the telemedicine
sector. With a lower cost than the M3600, it
offers a high performance solution but does
not incorporate the redundancy required for
hospital use. It is aimed at environments
where precise, reliable blood pressure
measurements are desired but where
automatic operation is not required.

Omron’s latex-free Professional Blood Pressure Cuffs are designed
with a unique fan shape to provide maximum patient fit. A soft smooth
texture on the inner side insures patient comfort and is easily cleaned
with alcohol. Cuffs are available in five sizes, ranging from XL, 42 –
50cm to SS, 12 – 18cm. Size is clearly indicated on each cuff for easy
identification. A minimum/maximum arm circumference guide is located
on the outer surface along with an artery index to assure proper fit and
accurate positioning on the patient. Equipped with hook-and-loop
fasteners, which provides the optimal number of open-close cycles.
Comes complete with the economical luer connector.
