Design and Distribution Agreement
Omron Electronic Components, a divisional company of Omron Corporation, has
Authorized Power & Signal Group to Sell and Distribute its Products in North
America
CLEVELAND, OH / Schaumburg IL —Omron Electronic Components has authorized Power & Signal
Group as a North American distributor for its broad array of switches products and automotive and relays
for the transportation market.
With over 25 years experience in the transportation sector, Power & Signal Group is uniquely qualified to
design and distribute Omron’s portfolio of switches and relays into the transportation market segment.
Power & Signal Group’s wiring harness customers will be able to utilize the company’s extensive arrow of
supply chain management and distribution services, reaping the productivity benefits of consolidating
their purchasing requirements with a smaller number of vendors.

Vehicle design centers and engineering teams will allow us to deepen those relationships as we broaden
