TN vs FSTN
FSTN gives higher contrast and wider viewing angle than TN
Positive Vs Negative
Positive LCD has a ligher background. Negative LCD has a "sexy" light character on dark background
Reflective vs Transflective
Reflective LCD doesn't need a backlight. Transflective LCDs can be used with a backlight for night viewing.
