proposed use of site is for residential. Therefore
the proposed project will not create new land
uses that significantly differ from existing land
use of locality as per the master plan.
The soil investigation was carried out. The
detailed Soil investigation report is enclosed as
Annexure No XI.
The Proposed Group Housing Project will
involve construction of a Club House, and five
Residential Blocks having (Basement, Stilt Floor

Topography
The site is plane and will not involve any
leveling activities. The proposed site does not
involve any major natural drainage channel of
locality therefore no changes in drainage pattern
are envisaged.
Currently the proposed site is not having any
structures and vegetation therefore no clearance
of site is envisaged. List of observed vegetations
in study area is enclosed as Annexure XII. The
project will involve plantation of 79 large canopy
forming tress alongwith development of
decorative lawns of herbs and shrubs. The

Bharatpur is located in semi-arid
region and except for cloud burst in
1981 there is no history of floods or
land slide. Soil in Jaipur is generally
sandy and cohesion less, mildly
sloping hence there is no threat of
subsidence.
Jaipur is under seismic zone II as per
NBC 2005. Hence it is a safe region.
However,
in
structural
design
provision for earthquake forces have
been made. Map of India showing

Annexure- XXVII.
