ISO Affirms All PSAV’s UK Locations as ISO 9001:2008 Certified
UK, June 27, 2013 — PSAV has attained the International Organization for
Standardization 9001 certification (ISO 9001:2008). ISO 9001:2008 is accepted
worldwide as the standard that defines quality. The certification indicates that PSAV
conforms to a quality management system, which can consistently provide services
that meet customers’ needs. With its emphasis on continual improvement, customers
can be confident that they are doing business with an organization that can
consistently meet or exceed their expectations.

resulting in enhanced customer satisfaction,” said Philipp Schiedges, Revenue &

To obtain ISO 9001:2008 certification, PSAV worked with CQS (Certified Quality
Systems) to further improve and formalize its structures and procedures and
implement new processes to meet quality management standards.
The certification covers all of PSAV’s UK properties, the company’s traveling
production team and the London branch warehouse. PSAV’s clients will benefit from
the resulting increased efficiency of operations, enhanced quality of services,
heightened productivity, sustainable business practices and better access to PSAV
services for international customers.
