(EPQPL) Authorised Distributor’s value (basic value excluding taxes, levies, freight or any other charges, net of sales reversal, etc.) against Channel Partner / Business Associate’s purchase orders for EPQPL UPS systems < 40 kVA rating) will be considered for target achievement. Eg: If the quarterly revenue commitment is Rs20L, then he/she needs to do at least Rs16L of single phase revenue. Upon successful execution of the deal, partner will receive the Deal Registration reward. Any exceptions need to be preapproved by the EPQPL Regional Channel Sales Manager. l EPQPL’s direct billing to Channel Partner/ Business Associates / End Customers will be considered for target achievement if it is done to provide excise duty benefit or custom duty benefit to end customer or for any other special circumstances. Channel Partner / Business Associate will need to obtain EPQPL’s prior approval (before order acceptance & execution) for considering it in their target achievement. l EPQPL reserves the right to change and amend terms without any further notice. All disputes or claims will be referred to EPQPL Management and decision made will be deemed as final. l Channel Partner / Business Associate cannot change the EPQPL partner category during the programme period.
