Rebate on Revenue Achievement
¡ Rebate will be paid quarterly and is non-cumulative.
¡ Partner will receive 50% of the rebate for 80% accomplishment.
Accomplishment below 80% Revenue commitment in any quarter will not be
eligible for rebates.
¡ Partner needs to achieve at least 80% of his quarterly revenue commitment
with Single phase UPS in order to be eligible for the rebate in that quarter. Eg:
If the quarterly revenue commitment is Rs20L, then he/she needs to do at
least Rs16L of single phase revenue.

disputes or claims will be

Associate cannot change the

the programme period. It can be
done for the next period upon
renewal of agreement.
