THE ART
OF CONTOURS
Accentuating features. Breaking with tradition. Creating a signature
look. In the course of looking for new impulses for the design and
application of creative interior solutions we have developed a highly versatile product for interior construction, shop fittings and trade
fair construction: the Voronoi panel.
Quite often children have a godparent.
We have done the same for our youngest product member and have selected

VORONOY
– a Russian mathematician. 100 years ago
he caused a sensation with a formula describing the “bisecting“ line between randomly placed points. Applying this formula
to a plane with points creates the Voronoi
diagram pattern.

Material: Swiss CDF – Color: black – Material thickness – 10 mm ea.
CDF ROH (RAW) is an extremely robust high density, colored wood fiberboard. Its high strength across the entire board
cross section facilitates three dimensional processing without any risk of fraying.
As a natural product made of Swiss wood Swiss CDF defibers gently and is manufacutred according to ecological principles.
Swiss CDF complies with fire resistance class EN13501-1 – a not to be neglected aspect regarding possible applications.
Other surfaces (e.g. HPL-coating, mineral composites) available on request.

Useful Information
The surface of the raw panel can be ground and primed with a
clear coat. After intermediate sanding the panel can be
lacquered. We recommend using compressed air to clean the
open spaces before applying the primer.
Sanding of the open spaces is not necessary thanks to the high
density properties of the CDF-panel.
Simple and easy method without increased wear of woodworking
equipment.
After laser cutting the edges are slightly blackened.
Shrinkage per meter is roughly 0.1%.
The coated surface can be cleaned with a slightly damp cloth.
For indoor use only.

Laser
THE GOLDEN
CUT
Variable speeds and exceptional
quality make laser cutting a decidedly attractive machining method.
Owing to markedly efficient material utilization and a high degree of
flexibility this method is certainly
economical. The cutting edges are
normally so clean that any reworking is not necessary.
While laser technology with its
high precision cutting has established its place in the automotive
and metalworking industries, the
usage of bundled light instead of
hardened steel is still a novelty in
working with wood and solid surfaces, e.g. mineral composites.
Unlike conventional milling techniques, laser cutting allows significantly more filigrane and complex
contours. The nonimpact processing of construction materials
is not only precise and quick but
also - owing to the narrow cutting
width and the resulting minimized
material waste – highly efficient.
All these advantages substantiate
laser cutting’s economic efficiency
- even for prototype quantities. Laser cutting is literally the “cutting
edge“ technology.
