Our outdoor ceremony site the Riverwalk Terrace is the perfect backdrop for your San
Antonio wedding. With beautiful views of downtown, the Terrace overlooks the
Riverwalk and many historical buildings.

Embassy Suites Riverwalk's catering services offer customized menus that fit your ideas
and preferences.
If you prefer a more casual style, we offer hors d’oeuvres and dinner buffets. Both
include cold and hot selections, a carving station and non-alcoholic beverages. Action
stations can be added to your hors d’oeuvres buffet package.
Plated, banquet-style dinners are available if you prefer a more formal event. You’ll be
able to choose cold and hot selections, a cheese display, gourmet salads, entrées,
pairing entrées and accompaniments.
Meals for children can be added to your event,
and we can accommodate any special dietary
needs for your guests.

Bar Packages are our most popular options. You may choose to host the bar for as many hours as
you like, while controlling cost. Option 2 & 3 for Wedding Packages include the bar, however
individual pricing is below. Bartender fees apply.
House Bar Package - Includes Canyon Road Wine, Domestic & Imported Beers, House Cocktails, Signature
Wedding Cocktail with House Liquor
First Hour: $16 per person
Each Additional Hour: $9 per person

HOSTED BAR ON CONSUMPTION
Should you prefer, you can choose to purchase the bar on consumption. With this option, you pay
per drink. Drink prices range between $6 - $8 per drink, including Signature Wedding Cocktail. The
bar will be open for the allotted hours, and you will be billed based on consumption. Bartender
fees apply.
ADVANCED PURCHASE HOSTED BAR
An option some couples choose is to purchase alcohol in advance, such as wine by the bottle,
kegs or margaritas by the gallon. With this variation, you'll need to know in advance how much
you'd like to purchase as additions can rarely be made the evening of the reception. Bartender
fees apply.
CASH BAR OPTION
You may elect to only host the bar for part of the evening, or not at all. In this case, you would pay
for bartenders and cashiers to be available for your guests. Pricing is based on how many hours
you'd like the staff to be available, as well as your number of guests.

GUEST SUITES
At the Embassy Suites Riverwalk, you and your wedding guests will be well taken care of. Our two
room suites provide the space for you, your wedding party and your guests to prepare for the big
day. Blocks of suites can also be reserved for your guests so they can spend this time near one
another.
DINING
Throughout your wedding festivities, it can be difficult to find the time to step back and take a
breather. But we've made it quick and convenient for you to unwind. You and your guests can
enjoy complimentary beverages and snacks at the Evening Reception and free made-to-order
breakfast right at the hotel. A full service restaurant onsite is available for lunch and dinner.
SERVICES AND AMENITIES
Sit back and enjoy our lush, open-air atrium or the spa-like amenities in your suite. For your
guests, our helpful staff is here to help them plan an itinerary for their downtime, which takes the
pressure to plan off you. And our hotel is full of conveniences like a business center, pool and hot
tub, laundry service and on-site store to pick up a forgotten item.
RIVERWALK AND SIGHT SEEING
Walk down the steps from the hotel and you've arrived at the famous San Antonio Riverwalk! Full
of dining, shopping and restaurant options, your guests are only steps away from a weekend of
fun and family adventure. You can walk to the Alamo in about 5 minutes from our hotel, or take
the trolley to Hemisfair Park or La Villita.
