All seven guest rooms included in package (four en-suite rooms and three rooms with
own private bathroom). Sleeping up to 16 guests max.
Dunbar drinks package includes: 1 glass of prosecco per person after the ceremony,
half a bottle of red or white wine with the meal per person and 1 glass of prosecco for
a toast. Upgrades available for £5 per person.
Evening buffet is selection of miniature sausage rolls, bacon rolls and pate. Tea &
Coffee also provided. Upgrade to other options available, costed per person.
Ceremony, meal and evening dance set up included.
Meal included is a 3-course with additional tea and coffee. A one choice per course
menu. If you require a choice menu (2 or more) a £2 per person per choice
supplement applies.
Personal wedding co-ordinator included to assist with planning.

A non-refundable and non-transferrable deposit of £1000 will apply upon
reservation. Six months before the wedding a pro forma invoice will be issued for
50% of the balance, with the remainder due 2 months prior to the event. Your final
bill will be based on the guest numbers you have provided, no refund will be given if
these numbers decrease, any increase will be billed after your wedding. If your
wedding is within 6 months of booking the first installment is due 1 month after the
deposit payment is made.

Cancellations must be made in writing, and the deposit is non-refundable in all
cases. Should payment not be received by the notified date, the event may be
cancelled and any additional charges will become due.

Whilst we will make every effort to re-sell your date, the following
charges may apply: Cancellation 2-6 months prior to the event up to
50% of the total event package price is payable. Cancellation 1-2
months prior to the event up to 75% of the total event package price is
payable.

Cancellation less than one month prior to the event up to 90% of the total event
package price is payable.

It is strongly recommended that event or wedding insurance is taken out in case of any
unforeseen circumstances.

All food and drink consumed on the premises must be supplied only by Durn House
or its authorised agents. The only exception to this is celebration cakes and candy
tables. Residents and guests are not permitted to bring along their own alcohol
for consumption on the Durn House grounds. We reserve the right to
confiscate any alcohol not purchased on site.

Any final catering numbers will be required 2 weeks prior to the event and any
changes made thereafter will be chargeable. The hiring party is responsible for
providing all necessary information regarding guests’ food choices, special dietary
requirements and allergies. A pre-order for the meal must be given to Durn
House atleast 2-weeks prior to the event.

Exclusive House Hire applies to the principle rooms and allocated accommodation.
The principle rooms include: The Drawing Room, Bar, Dining Room, The Great
Hall, Guest Lounge, Clementina Spa, Gentleman’s Club and the Grounds. Luxury
Accommodation comprises 7 guest bedrooms; 6 sleeping two people on double
beds, 1 sleeping 4 guests on two double beds. All have private or ensuite bathrooms.
