Refrigeration Technician

customer service, the company is now offering an opportunity for an experienced Service
Technician that will add Customer Service capability to the business. Our client is a business

We are looking for a highly self motivated and experienced Refrigeration Service Technician
with the ability to work unsupervised while managing time and outputs to become an integral
part of our service teams and deliver outstanding service to our customers. The ability to
diagnose, repair and maintain all forms of HVAC and refrigeration equipment is a must.
The main duties involve the servicing and repair of modern commercial refrigeration and air
conditioning equipment.
If you are a trade qualified Refrigeration / HVAC Service technician and/or have a relevant
qualification with a proven service technician background or with a Refrigeration licence,
experience in breakdown repairs and preventative maintenance and are a good team player,
have a strong customer focus and a good understanding of safety, then we welcome the

Other key essentials to be successful in this role include:





Experience with Supermarket refrigeration would be advantageous;
Ability to communicate professionally with our customers and to build and maintain
excellent customer relationships;
Belief in excellent customer service with a "can do" attitude;
Current drivers licence;
Passion for maintaining a safe work environment.
