The rugged ML-XT™ sealed connection system is designed for use in multiple
heavy-duty applications within the wiring architecture of a vehicle. With a
sealed rating of IP68, ML-XT connectors feature advanced, high-performance
seals to offer the most reliably sealed comparable system in the market. Ideal
for a vast range of sensor technologies and low circuit-count applications, MLXT connectors can typically be found in aggressive wire routings and exposed
harnesses in harsh environments.

ML-XT connectors mate with, and are a drop-in replacement for, current
industry de facto standard connector systems. One-piece two-shot LSR
(liquid silicone rubber) molding technology provides definitive and repeatable
retention of the seals during mating and unmating and guarantees correct seal
positioning to ensure seal integrity. The risk of lost or forgotten seals during
installation and maintenance is eliminated.
With fewer component parts than existing versions in the market, the ML-XT
system provides customers a superior quality, cost-competitive solution. The
ML-XT system is initially released in a 2-circuit version with 9 colour-coded
housings and 2 cable gauge options. SAE J2030 and IP69K (high-pressure
