SPRING 2016 FINAL EXAMINATION SCHEDULE
The final examination schedule for spring 2016 is listed below. No exams will be given during the final week of
classes. No changes may be made, by students or faculty, in the scheduled exam time. If you need to make travel
arrangements, please do so now to avoid potential problems. Students with three or more exams in one day may
make arrangements with the registrar no later than April 14th to take one exam at another time. Please save this
schedule for future reference.
Final grades are due 48 hours from the time of the exam, for seniors final grades are due 24 hours from the
time of the exam.
Session 021 – First 6 Week Session: Final Exams – February 26th. See professor for specific time.
Session 022 – Second 6 Week Session: Final Exam –April 15th. See professor for specific time.
Session 201 – First 8 Week Session: Final Exams – March 4th. See professor for specific time.
Session 202 – Second 8 Week Session: Final Exams – May 5th. See professor for specific time.
Session 011 – Online courses: Final Exams –April 26th. Check Moodle course site for details.
Session 001: Final Exams – April 28th, 29th, 30th; May 2nd. See explanation and schedule below.
The time a class starts and the day(s) that it meets determines the examination group. For example, a class that
meets on M or MW or MWF from 8:30 – 9:40 will be in exam A. Classes such as studio courses, where the class
time spans more than one exam slot will have their exam time determined by the starting time of the class. For
example a class that meets on TR from 9:30 – 12:15 will be in exam P. Courses that have labs will meet with the
exam time that corresponds with the lecture portion of the course, not the lab. Exams for session 001 hybrid
courses will be scheduled according to the time that it meets in a classroom.
NOTE: Due to exam/teaching and/or room conflicts some courses will meet at special times or in different rooms. Please refer to the
chart below for combined exams and/or special times/rooms.
