SIPLUS CMS4000 ION ANALOGINPUT T001 Condition Monitoring for technical and technological service in industrial plants. Overview ION ANALOGINPUT T001 SIPLUS CMS4000 is a low-cost, modular, scalable analysis- and diagnostic-system, optimized for the sampling of analog and binary signals and numeric data in industrial plants. The system can be integrated reactionless and device independent in existing and new machines and plant components. The ION ANALOGINPUT T001 is used to acquire analog signals and to transmit the recorded data via the FireWire bus (IEEE1394a-standard) with 400 Mbps to a higher level industrial PC. The use of an ION ANALOGINPUT T001 allows recording 8 analog, separate electrically insulated signals within a range of ± 10 V. The maximum sample frequency is 40 kHz per analog input. A reliable and easy connection of different signal sources is possible by standardized interfaces. Due to easy to use programming and an extensive array of software and hardware nodes SIPLUS CMS is perfectly suited for many measurement applications.
