be available to users of the venue. However, specific equipment may not be available due to unforeseen circumstances, and all users of the venue should not assume that any piece of equipment is
available without prior confirmation with the venues senior technical staff.

Load In & Access Information
Load-In is via the site loading bay situated off Churchill Road. This entrance gives service route to all
the college facilities. We would like to remind clients that the loading bay is for general college use,
therefore we ask all clients to be courteous when using the loading bay. Any particular access requirements either in the Wolfson Hall, or throughout college, should be discussed with the Technician 10
days prior to the event.

Lighting Equipment

Zero 88 Jester 24/48 Lighting Desk
The desk can operate a total of 48 dimmer channels.
The desk has 1 universe send giving a maximum DMX capability of 512 addresses.
The Lighting desk can be operated from the control room only.
Zero 88 Chilli 2410i 24 channel Digital Dimmer
The dimmers are hard wired to the outlets at the stage end. We can soft patch if required.
(Please discuss with the technical staff prior to your event).
Our dimmers operate on a TPNE (3 phase) supply.

Pianos
Concert Grand available on Stage only.
Pianos can be tuned at the users advanced request and at the users expense.
Only theatre approved tuners are authorised to carry out tuning on the theatres’ piano.

Several 13amp Sockets located around the Stage Area.
Useful Dimensions
The Stage is 12m(w) 6m(d).
The Screen is 6.2m wide by 3.1m high
The Lectern is 1.2m high, 60cms wide and 60 cms deep.
Other Facilities
A small production/organisers office is available in the foyer, with photocopy and printing facilities.
Four public terminals are located in the foyer.
All public areas have free guest Wi-Fi network.
There is a Green room/ Dressing room available for artists.
