EXHIBITOR INFORMATION
Customer service personnel will be available at the Freeman Service Desk located on the left side of Exhibit Hall 3 to answer any
questions regarding Display Regulations, Material Handling, Shipping, etc.
PARKING & TRANSPORTATION
Parking at the San Jose Convention Center is abundant and convenient.
Rates are: $1 per 20 min, $20 daily maximum Monday – Sunday.
The trek from the San Jose International Airport to the San Jose Convention Center and surrounding hotels is approximately 3.9
miles. Average cab fare for this commute is $15-$18. Free shuttles are available and transports to the Light Rail and train stations.

SHOW POLICIES




Everyone entering the show floor must have an official InfoComm Connections badge.
No one under the age of 16 will be admitted on the show floor or in classrooms.
No strollers are permitted.
Professional photography and/or video recording for commercial purposes is prohibited. Exceptions are made only when
permission is obtained from the exhibitor whose booth/product is being photographed or videotaped.
 Registration and attendance at or participation in InfoComm International® meetings and other activities constitutes an
agreement by the registrant to InfoComm International’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant
or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and
activities.
 InfoComm has a strict "No-Selling" Policy. Over-the-counter sales of exhibitor products are not permitted. Only bona fide
business orders for future delivery are permitted.
MEDICAL SERVICES
In the event of a medical emergency while onsite at the San Jose Convention Center, please do not call 911. Contact Security at
+1.408.277.3500 or access the nearest house phone. These phones will automatically connect you to the in-house security team.
The Convention Center is extremely large and emergency personnel must be directed to the location of the incident as promptly as
possible. This can only be achieved by directing the emergency through the San Jose Convention Center’s Security Department.
If there is an injured person or someone who needs medical attention, identify yourself to the individual if possible and obtain as
much information as possible from him/her. Contact the Security Department, via the house phone or by calling +1.408.277.3500.
Security will immediately respond to the location of the medical incident, notify any Emergency Medical Services (EMS) personnel
that may be onsite and/or contact 911 if immediate emergency medical is required. The onsite EMT is located in the First Aid Office
in Hall 3. Do Not Call 911.

FOOD & BEVERAGE ORDERS
All food and beverages must be ordered through The San Jose Convention Center. Please contact the Senior Event Services Manager,
Chloe Okpiabhele at +1.408.792.4519 or cokpiabhele@sanjose.org. No outside food is permitted. Exhibitors are allowed to serve
food and beverages in their booths, but alcohol may not be distributed from booths. Menus are available on the San Jose
Convention Center website.
