Sub :- Engagement of Rehbar-E-Taleem Teachers under SSA.
As Uttar Pradesh is grappling with incidents of rape and murder, BJP MP and former Home Secretary R K Singh today said it
was a fit case for the President's rule as the state has "completely
failed" to control law and order.
"It is a failed state. There is no law and order. Rape and murder are
very common. There is no control. The state has completely failed. It
is a fit case for the President's rule," Singh told reporters here.
Singh alleged that political interference is rampant in every
sphere of administration in the state, particularly in police, which
resulted in collapse of the administration.
Referring to the alleged attempt to rape a woman judge in
Aligarh, the newly-elected MP said even a judge is not safe in her
home.
Singh was commenting over the incidents of rape and murder
in the state, including gangrape and murder of two cousins in
Badaun in recent days.
Expressing sadness over the death of Rural Development
Minister Gopinath Munde in a road accident here yesterday, the
former Union Home Secretary said traffic signals in Delhi do not
work late nights and early mornings and there is a need to do
something to rectify the system.
"Red lights should function from 4 o'clock in the morning in
Delhi. We have to think about the viability of round abouts in Delhi
too," he said. (PTI)

village-wise applications are invited from the permanent residents of J&K State Distt. Jammu for
the engagement of Rehbar-E-Taleem teachers in the following Newly Resignations/Non joining
etc. under SSA. Only eligible candidates from the revenue village/village where the school is functioning can apply. In case the school is functioning in TAC/NAC, only the candidates from that very
ward can apply. However, where habitations in a Revenue Village are scattered, the eligibility shall
be considered vide Govt. order No. 288-Edu of 2009 Dated:08-04-2009 wherever applicable.
Applications shall be submitted to the concerned Zonal Education Officer’s Officer under proper
receipt within 15 days of appearance of this advertisement notice.
The applicant must fulfill the following eligibility conditions: 1. The age of applicant should not exceed the age limit as mentioned below as on 01-01-2014
(a) Minimum
18 Years
(b) Maximum (General)
37 Years
(c) SC/ST/RBA/ALC/OSC
40 Years
(d) Handicapped
39 Year
(e) Ex-Serviceman

The Applicant must be permanent resident of J&K State.

The applicant must possess minimum basic qualification as under:(a) 10+2 pass from recognized Board/University for newly opened PS under SSA.
(b) Any qualification acquired after cutoff date for receipt of applications as per this advertisement shall not be considered.
4.
The applicant must attach the attested photo copies of the following certificates/testimonials with the application form: a) Permanent Resident Certificate.
b) Matriculation Certificate for Date of Birth.
c) All Academic Qualification Certificates along with marks lists.
d) Reserve category certificate issued by the competent authority under SRO- 126 of 1994.
f) Self addressed envelope affixed with postal stamp worth Rs. 5/-.
g) A copy of recent passport size photograph of the applicant duly attested by the Gazetted
Officer be pasted on the application form.
g) A Treasury receipt of Rs. 10 be attached with application form.

The applicant shall be selected on the basis of strict merit at village /ward level as per directions issued vide Govt. order No. 1639-Edu. of 2003 dated 2-11-2003. The candidate to be
appointed should be actually / presently residing in the village where the appointment is to
be made.

Selected candidates shall be in receipt of a monthly honorarium @ Rs.3000.

Number of vacancies available in each School have been indicated below.

The selected candidate shall have to enter into agreement with the Department that he/she
shall not apply for transfer from the post held by him/her at initial appointment.
9.
The department shall reserve the right to discontinue the engagement of any of the RehbarE-Taleem teacher engaged at any time if his/her performance is not found satisfactory.
10. Candidate found guilty of impersonation or submitting fabricated document or documents
which have been tempered with or making statement incorrect or false suppressing material information will render himself/herself liable for criminal prosecution.
11. Application if any, already submitted by the candidates will not be be considered in the present advertisement and they will have to apply a fresh. No application shall be considered
after the expiry of the last date.
