His 20 years of industry
experience includes multiple
executive roles involving Six Sigma, lean manufacturing,
business transformation, business process development, and
operations. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical
Engineering from the University of Louisville.
ROSS J. CRANE
Ross Crane serves as
Executive Vice President
and CFO of Nexeo Solutions.
Mr. Crane manages Nexeo’s
financial operations across the
globe. He has over 20 years of
senior financial management
experience in multiple fields,
including manufacturing, government relations, working capital
management, program accounting, and financial planning and
reporting. He holds Bachelor of Science and M.B.A. degrees in
Finance from Arizona State University.

FARNELL, JR.
Mike Farnell serves as Executive
Vice President and Chief Legal
Officer of Nexeo Solutions. Mr.
Farnell is in charge of Nexeo’s
legal team. He has served
as counsel for numerous
corporations for over 15 years.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Trinity University and an
M.B.A. as well as a J.D. from Southern Methodist University.
LISA P. BRITT
Lisa Britt serves as Executive
Vice President and Chief Human
Resources Officer of Nexeo
Solutions. Ms. Britt oversees
Nexeo’s Human Resources
function. She has over 15
years of experience in Human
Resources with some of the
country’s top corporations. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree
from Lander University.

Colorado.

Shawn Williams serves as Senior
Vice President of Plastics at
Nexeo Solutions. Mr. Williams is
responsible for driving sales and
product management for the
Plastics division. He has close to
30 years of experience, which
includes General Management,
Product Management, and Sales. He holds a Bachelor of Science
degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and an
M.B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley.
ALBERTO MACHADO
Alberto Machado serves
as Senior Vice President of
Environmental Services and
Strategic Growth at Nexeo
Solutions. Mr. Machado is
responsible for driving sales
and product management
for Environmental Services as
well as guiding our investments in markets and solutions while
developing the company’s value proposition. He has over 15
years of experience in multiple engineering and leadership
positions. He holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical
Engineering from Universidad Simon Bolivar in Caracas,
Venezuela, and a minor in Materials and Industrial Design from
Instituto Universitario de Tecnologia Antonio Jose de Sucre in
Caracas.
RON LaBUSCH
Ron LaBusch serves as Senior
Vice President, Supply Chain and
Environmental Services division
at Nexeo Solutions. Prior to his
career at Nexeo, Mr. LaBusch
held operational and commercial
leadership positions in the
plastics and packaging industry for more than 20 years. He holds
both a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and M.B.A.
from the University of Phoenix.
