WSQ Certified Operations Specialist (COS) is suitable for the operational-level workers, providing them with the basic training and skills as operations specialist in the manufacturing or in performing technical duties in other manufacturing-related industries. WSQ Certified Operations Professional (COP) is suitable for supervisory/manageriallevel staff, preparing them with the essential supervisory training and skills as operations professional in the manufacturing or in other manufacturing-related industries. WSQ COS is conducted over 64 hours and WSQ COP is conducted over 80 hours. • SEIRI – Clear unnecessary items from work area • SEITON – Organise work area in an orderly manner • SEISO – Clean work area • SEIKETSU – Maintain work area cleanliness AWARD • SHITSUKE – Maintain self-discipline in work area Upon completion of this programme, a full qualification certificate will be issued by Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA). This also includes a Statement of Attainment (SOA) for each individual unit.
