Krasiuk А.Chekalin NAAU Page 1 Total number 2 GENERAL DOCUMENT GD-08.08.29 Criteria for Evaluation and Acceptance of Conformity Assessment Schemes According to the ЕА-1/22 the Scheme of conformity assessment is a set of the documents that establishes: 1. requirements/normative documents, that must be used by conformity assessment bodies (CAB) ( for example, testing procedures, regulatory documents on certification or inspection, that must be executed); 2. requirements that were used to the CAB that establish specific requirements to the organization, activity, personnel, equipment, reports, etc.; 3. Requirements that were used to the organization that evaluates CAB (accreditation bodies and other organizations that evaluate CAB). NAAU evaluates and accepts to the accreditation the schemes of conformity assessment if: 1. Owner of the scheme can show the support of the market on his scheme. It must contain support proofs of the scheme from all stakeholders. Number and list of "interested parties" may be different for different schemes, in any case always must be proofs of scheme acceptability by the end user. 2. Requirements / normative documents which must be used by CAB are international, regional, national standards, the requirements of regulatory bodies, normative legal documents contain the requirements to the object of conformity assessment. 3. Any requirements that were established by conformity assessment scheme for CAB, must comply with the provisions of relevant standards (ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 15189, ISO/IEC 17020, ISO/IEC 17065, ISO/IEC 17021, ISO/IEC 17024, ISO/IEC 17067:2013, ДСТУ 3413-96, technical regulations, and EA guidance. Any other requirements that are contained in the conformity assessment scheme, do not contradict or do not exclude any requirements that are contained in the above mentioned documents. 4. The accreditation procedures and decision-making in the accreditation scope accreditation is carried out by NAAU in accordance with the international standard ISO / IEC 17011. 5. Documents that are describing the conformity assessment scheme are publicly available and do not create barriers concerning competition.
