Knockout pattern provided on back casting

CONSTRUCTION
The HBDD is a versatile industrial lighting unit
which can be used as either a High Bay
fixture when mounting heights are over 20′ or
as a Low Bay fixture when mounting heights
are under 20′.
The housing is made of die cast aluminum
and finished in a white polyester powder coat
paint finish. External heat sinks for cooler
operation.
The 16″ version comes with a 4″ stem and the
22″ version comes with both an 8″ and a 12″
stem. Stem length can be increased to 30′ to
allow the driver section to be remote mounted
from the optical section. Can be either
pendant mounted or mounted with the
included hook with safety screw.
The unique two piece housing system
separates the heat sensitive electronic driver
section from the heat producing LED section
to help maximize light output and LED life.

The ELP-HWSH extends the ELPSH family look with an attractive high
wattage emergency light featuring a
thermoplastic housing, soft rounded
corners and adjustable square
heads. Available in 6 V and 12 V
models and up to 54 W for powering
remote heads.

MOUNTING

The back mounting plate has a

Vacuum metalized reflectors

Die cast aluminum mounting plate with gasket. Grey painted to match
housing.
Wire entry into swivel is silicon sealed (not visible in picture).
O-ring gasket seals swivel to mounting plate.
Fully adjustable head in both horizontal and vertical directions.
Molded rubber gasket (not visible in picture) provides a positive seal
against moisture. The use of a removable gasket allows a weatherproof
seal to be maintained when lamps are replaced (unlike remote heads that
use silicon sealant).
Sealbeam PAR 36 lamps for superior optical performance. Available in 6
V and 12V versions. Available in 8 W and 12 W versions.
Retaining ring keeps the lamp and gasket locked into the housing and
provides a finished look.
