Integration Details
The integration with DataFlux EIS is built using a framework that removes
dependence on Siebel-defined data quality rules and allows the integration of
deployment-specific and customizable data quality business rules.
DataFlux data quality software products standardize, match, and verify data from
business components. These activities are exposed and executed as Web services in
a real time.
The data quality is achieved through data cleansing and data deduplication. Data
cleansing standardizes the structure of data in customer records, and is used to
standardize name and address information. Data deduplication identifies possible

duplicate-record matches for account, contact, and prospect records, based on
