01 AirPack Systems – The Company
We are Europe’s original multi-chamber inflatable
packaging distributor. We have been selling our
inflatable packaging for over 7 years and believe
we now have the widest standard range in Europe.
We’re not just a general packaging distributor, we
are totally focused on our inflatables range which
is constantly being expanded and updated.
Next day delivery is therefore possible on most orders.
Bespoke bags can be made to order, subject to minimum
order quantities. Our factory based in Asia was founded
in 2003 and utilises the latest technology in machinery to
produce the best quality bags available. They also comply
with ISO9001/ ISO14000 standards. We have an excellent
working relationship with our factory and this enables us
to get samples and products over to the UK quickly and to
the customer’s exact specification.
Our bags are manufactured to the highest quality and
offer maximum protection for fragile items.

This is our first packaging award and we are very proud
to have come first in a very tough category! Asda were
sending out mirrors online but most were getting
damaged on their way to customers. It became so bad
that most were taken offline. AirPack Systems worked
closely with Asda to design and develop inflatable end cap
style bags to fully protect the mirrors. Since these have
been introduced damages and returns are down to zero.

To inflate AirPack Systems bags you will need an airline
already installed with a regulator or an air compressor.
We can supply two types of compressor:
Our compressors are supplied with the pressure gauge
already pre-set but recommended pressure for inflation
is 15-20 PSI.
Small Air Compressor
To help make it easier to inflate our bags we fit a small
green nozzle to every bag (except small phone bag and
toner bags) which means no fiddling or looking for an
inflation hole.
