TERMS OF USE – My eVault
Rocket Innovation Group ("RIG") provides the My eVault application ("My eVault") and website
information located at www.rocketinnovationgroup.com. My eVault can be used as a
personal/home asset, travel, insurance policy and will planning register.
The services that RIG provides to you ("You" and "Your") as part of the My eVault is subject to the
following Terms of Use ("TOU"). RIG reserves the right to update the TOU at any time without notice
to You. The most current version of the TOU can be reviewed by clicking on the "Terms of Use”
hypertext link located at the bottom of the home page on our Website and in the app menu section
in My eVault.
By accessing the Website and using My eVault, You agree to comply with all of the TOU. The right to
access and use My eVault is personal to You and is not transferable to any other person or entity.
You are responsible for all use of your account ("Your Account") (under any screen name or
password) and for ensuring that all use of Your Account complies fully with the provisions of these
TOU. You are responsible for protecting the confidentiality of Your password to access My eVault.
ALL INFORMATION PROVIDED ON MY EVAULT OR THE WEBSITE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT
NOTICE. RIG DOES NOT WARRANT THAT ANY FILES OR OTHER DATA YOU DOWNLOAD FROM MY
EVAULT OR THE WEBSITE WILL BE FREE OF VIRUSES OR CONTAMINATION OR DESTRUCTIVE
FEATURES, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION STORED OR TRANSMITTED THROUGH THE MY EVAULT OR
THE WEBSITE WILL NOT BE LOST, CORRUPTED OR DAMAGED.
RIG is not responsible for any loss of data in My eVault or any external backup system (such as
iCloud) whether through Your loss of Your iOS device, the failure of RIG, any third party affiliated
with My eVault or Website, or for any other reason.
You are responsible for ensuring that Your computer system meets all relevant technical
specifications necessary to use the Website and is compatible with the Website. You are responsible
for implementing sufficient procedures and virus checks (including anti-virus and other security
checks) to satisfy Your particular requirements for the accuracy of data input and output.
You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all telephone, computer hardware, software and
other equipment needed for access to and use of My eVault and the Website and all charges related
thereto.
RIG shall have the right at any time to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the My eVault
including, but not limited to, content, hours of availability, and equipment needed for access or use.
The information contained within My eVault and the Website is provided for general guidance
purposes only and should not be relied on as a substitute for specific professional advice. RIG does
not provide any sort of advice on any topic, including information relation to insurance policies,
claims or valuation.
You expressly agree that your use of My eVault is at Your sole risk. You do not have to rely on any

whatsoever to You or any third party with respect to any such material, advice or guidance on My

summarised for research or other functionality enhancements to improve user experience. This data
cannot and will not be used to personally identify You or any person.
NEITHER RIG, ITS AFFILIATES NOR ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, THIRD PARTY
CONTENT PROVIDERS OR LICENSORS WARRANT THAT MY EVAULT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR
ERROR FREE; NOR DO THEY MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED
FROM USE OF MY EVAULT, OR AS TO THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY OR CONTENT OF ANY
INFORMATION OR SERVICE PROVIDED THROUGH MY EVAULT OR THE WEBSITE. RIG WILL DO ITS
BEST TO ENSURE THAT ALL MATERIALS AND INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH MY EVAULT OR ON
THE WEBSITE ARE ACCURATE, BUT PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL CONTENT, MATERIALS AND
INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH MY EVAULT OR ON THE WEBSITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS”
BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OTHER THAN THOSE

RIG IS NOT LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY
DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY ASPECT OF YOUR USE OF MY EVAULT OR THE WEBSITE, WHETHER
THE DAMAGES ARISE FROM USE OR MISUSE OF MY EVAULT OR THE WEBSITE, FROM INABILITY TO
USE MY EVAULT OR THE WEBSITE, OR THE INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION, MODIFICATION,
ALTERATION, OR TERMINATION OF MY EVAULT APP OR THE WEBSITE.
The limits on liability in these TOU do not apply to any liability RIG may have for any matter for
which it would be illegal for RIG to exclude, or attempt to exclude, its liability.
RIG makes no representations whatsoever about any other websites which You may access through

may not decompile or disassemble, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to discover any source
code or object code contained in My eVault. All intellectual property rights comprised in My eVault,
the Website, Rocket Innovation Group brand and other associated trade marks vest in RIG.
