A Place-and-Train Programme for
Professionals, Managers and Executives
& Small and Medium Enterprises
‘MAX TALENT’ PLACE-AND-TRAIN PROGRAMME
The recruitment of right talent is a critical success factor in a highly competitive business
environment. This is especially true for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in
Singapore. SMEs can offer many interesting and challenging career opportunities for
Professionals, Managers and Executives (PMEs), a fact that is often not known to some job
seekers.
Max Talent is a two-year place-and-train programme, administered by the Association of
Small and Medium Enterprises (ASME) and supported by the Singapore Workforce
Development Agency (WDA).
The programme will assist PMEs to secure gainful employment and enhance the human
resource capabilities of participating SMEs. As the programme partner for Max Talent,
ASME will provide guidance and assistance to PMEs and their SME employers through this
facilitated employment journey.
