Quick Start Guide
These frequently used functions will help you get started straight way.
Step 1: Ensure that you are in the
Awaiting Agreement view.
Step 2: Ensure you have the correct
product type tab selected
Step 3: Use the Filter to search for
specific trade details, then hit the
Apply button. This will refresh the
view with the latest trades.
Step 4: Use the Refresh Button,
when you first log in and you don’t
change the filters, or if you have
had the app open a while and you
want to check for new trades. You
can also see the last time the App
was refreshed here.

Confirming a trade:
Trades may be confirmed directly within the App on a single or multiple trade
basis using the ‘Click & Confirm’ action button.
Step 1: Select the tick box of a trade
or set of trades you wish to confirm.
Step 2: Click the ‘Click & Confirm’
button in the Actions Toolbar. Trade
Confirmation screen will appear.
Step 3: Review selected trades,
tick both check box(es) where
agreed to.
Step 4: Click the ‘Send’ button to
confirm the trade(s).
An ‘Operation Successful’ message
will indicate that the confirmation
has successfully been received by
Deutsche Bank. The record will then
be displayed in the Confirmed view.

Disputing a trade:
Dispute a trade if you would like to query a particular trade with your Deutsche Bank
representative.
Step 1: Select the tick box of a trade
or set of trades you wish to dispute.
Step 2: Click ‘Dispute’ button in the
Actions Toolbar. Dispute screen will
appear.
Step 3: Fill out your communication
in the message box section.
Step 4: Click the ‘Send’ button to
send the message.
A trade in dispute is easily
identifiable by a message bubble
icon.

How do I find out more information?
–– Contact your Deutsche Bank service representative or alternatively, contact PostTradeApps@list.db.com.
A demonstration and opportunity for further questions will be arranged.
Which products are covered?
–– All FX Cash & Option transactions confirmed by non-electronic (paper) confirmation.
How much does it cost?
–– There are no set up or associated fees.
I want to use this, how do I get access?
–– Obtaining access is simple, your Deutsche Bank service representative will ask you to complete a short form
detailing your requirements, once this is received and processed log in details will be emailed to you and you
can begin using the App immediately.
Do I need to download or install CTC?
–– CTC can be accessed in two different ways, either via Deutsche Bank’s Autobahn App Market using your web
browser, or through the Autobahn Toolbar which can be downloaded to provide direct access to our Apps
What support is provided?
–– Global technical support is provided 24 hours, 5 days a week.
Is it secure?
–– Yes, CTC is only available via Autobahn, Deutsche Bank’s award winning e-Commerce platform. It applies
the same access security managed by our Autobahn execution applications including ABFX.
