the US, for the principle purpose of facilitating my conference registration. Deutsche
Bank will use this data exclusively for this purpose. I also understand that Deutsche
Bank may collect my credit card information for payment of any fees associated with an
event when required. The information may be disclosed to other members of the
Deutsche Bank group as necessary to facilitate my attendance at this conference. If I don't
provide Deutsche Bank with all of the information in this document, I understand that
Deutsche Bank may not be able to process my application. Deutsche Bank will store my
information according to applicable (taxation, regulatory, etc.) laws up to 10 years.

to government entities, law enforcement authorities or regulatory bodies only in response
to requests for information or subpoenas.
