Micronic offers Screw Caps in an
automation friendly cap carrier. The
cap carrier is fully compatible with
an automated Screw Cap capper /
Decapper, also offered by Micronic.
Providing
for
visual
color
identification. Micronic Screw Caps
feature Silicon “O” rings around their
base to allow for the tightest seal
possible.
The Micronic Screw Cap Capper /
Decappers can easily screw or
unscrew 96 tubes within 1 minute.
Whether applying single caps
directly to the tubes or when used
with
an
automated
capping
system, Micronic Screw Caps
provide for maximum sample
integrity for long-term storage.
The Screw Cap tubes are available
non-coded, alphanumeric coded
and 2D coded (Data-Matrix or
TraXis). The tubes (including code
area) are manufactured of the
highest-purity polypropylene. The
2D codes are encrypted with a laser
in the polypropylene code area,
guaranteeing the highest resistance
to solvent attack and ensuring a
reliable code reading. The Screw
Cap tubes in this range are
available with inner V- or U-shape.
The Micronic Screw Caps are
available in different colours: White,
Red,
Green,
Yellow,
Blue,
Transparent Blue, Amber and
Purple.
