9" diameter, 16" high cylinder for use with 250 - 500W T4 Quartz Halogen Lamp
offers very efficient lighting. The specifically designed reflector ensures the proper
cut off, (greater than 45 degrees) while at the same time producing optimum lumen
output with low glare. The one piece design reflector eliminates light leaks around
the cylinder edge. The reflector is designed specifically for a Halogen/Incandescent
lamp, thereby, creating optimum performance in a lamp reflector combination.
APPLICATION
Pendant cylinders are typically used in large open atrium areas with tall ceilings,
when it is desirable to hang a visual element and use a lower wattage lamp then
what would ordinarily be required for the same level of illumination.
Surface cylinders are typically employed when there is insufficient plenum depth
and yet the ceiling is tall enough to support the inclusion of a visual element.

Wall cylinders are typically employed to achieve a scallop like effect on the wall.
PRODUCT SPECIFICATION DATA:
• White powder coated extruded .063 aluminum.
• Designed for up to one (1) 500W T4 Halogen lamp mounted
vertical.
• Tested to UL Standard #1598.
• Suitable for use in wet locations, "for covered installations only"
• Protective lamp shield.
• Reflector trim flange is the same color as the reflector as
standard.
• Snug ceiling fit for surface mounts. No visible hardware.
• Swivel canopy for pendant mount (3/8" I.P.S.) with matte white
24" stem.
• One piece cast aluminum wall bracket assures clean architectural
rugged mounting.
• The paint finish exceeds 1000 hr. ASTM 5% salt spray.

REFLECTOR
1.This Alzak® treated low iridescence soft tone reflector is
available in clear, gold and pewter as standard. Produced of
.064 aluminum eliminates reflector deflection. The precise
spinning produces a one piece reflector and trim ring. The
parabolic design is polished to maximize the reflectance.
The mechanically fastened reflector assures positive
retention.
TRIM RING
2. Trims are standard with trim ring matching the reflector
color. Black is optional for ring finish. The trim ring has a
small return which makes the trim ring appear to flow into
the cylinder wall.
HOUSING
3. Extruded from .063 aluminum. Outer housing is standard
white. Other colors may be available upon request. Surface
mount is standard same color as outer housing.

SOCKET
5. The socket is made from porcelain with a nickel plated
screw shell. The socket is positively attached to the socket
mounting bracket using screws.
PROTECTIVE SHIELDING (T4 Lamp Only)
6. A protective shielding device is installed to protect
against violent end of lamp life.
LABELS
All fixtures are tested to the appropriate UL Standards by
Electrical Testing Laboratory. The labels are affixed to the
fixture indicating the test number and the standards used.
Cylinders are suitable for wet location "for covered
installations only" as standard.
INSTALLING
4. —S Surface mounting - mounting to conventional outlet
box adapter plate allows for snug fit to ceiling.
—P Pendant mounting - swivel canopy for pendant mount
(3/8" I.P.S.) with matte white 24" stem.(45° swivel)
