This qualification has been superseded and replaced by a newer version. Clause 1.26 of the Standards for RTOs states (RTOs
must ensure that):
a) where a training product on its scope of registration is superseded, all learners’ training and assessment is completed and
the relevant AQF certification documentation is issued or learners are transferred into its replacement, within a period of one
year from the date the replacement training product was released on the National Register.

BSB51107 is superseded by BSB51915 - Diploma of Leadership and Management. The
changes have been summarised below.
• Updated to meet Standards for Training Packages
• Qualification structure changed from elective-only to core and elective
• Total number of units required increased from 8 to 12
Teach out date
The teach-out date for this qualification is 24 March 2016. This is the date by which we must issue your qualification. You would
need to have all assessment submitted at least one month prior to allow sufficient time for assessment, re-submission as/if
necessary and processing to issue your qualification by this date.
Transition arrangements
1. If, for any reason, you are unable to complete the requirements by this date you will be issued with a statement of attainment
for units achieved at that point.
2. You will be able to claim credit for some or all of these units upon transfer to the new version of the qualification depending on the packaging rules.
3. You will need to complete additional units to meet the requirements of the new qualification. Please see the matrix on the next page which shows the relationship between units in both qualifications.
4. An outline of the transitions arrangements is attached. Students enrolling in the superseded qualification before 30 September
2015 will not be required to pay additional fees for learning material or assessment services. Enrolment fees are subject to
review beyond this date.
