3. New Enhancements
3.1. Updated Terms and Conditions
The Terms and Conditions that apply to Trigold Prospector have changed. The new T&C’s are below.

A pop up will appear to inform users of the change.
This will be displayed to all users who are on 11.1 following a second online update
3.2. XPLAN Mortgage Data Transfer
We are soon to launch a new online Mortgage system – XPLAN Mortgage, which contains a Trigold
Sourcing module. As a Trigold Prospector user you will be able to transfer your client contact data from
Prospector into XPLAN mortgage.

When you select the menu option the client list popup is presented and your client contact details are copied
and transferred by selecting the client and then selecting the upload action button.
You will need your login details for XPLAN mortgage in order to complete this process. These will be sent
out to all user over the next few months.
3.3. Rebranding of the Maintenance tool
The maintenance tool screen within Prospector has been rebranded to be in line with the new IRESS screen
branding and style.

3.1. New Build product changes
This change will not take effect directly when Prospector v11.1 is installed but will apply automatically when
the sourcing data becomes compatible with the new functionality.
The property details tab will change the position of the New Build selection prompt.
Some products are ONLY available for New Build properties and therefore the change made will make
sourcing more accurate.

4. Bug Fixes
4.1. ssubtmr6.dll becoming unregistered
A number of users were having issues with the ssubtmr6.dll becoming unregistered in various cases and this
results in Trigold Prospector not opening, when this occured no error message appears on screen.
Prospector now detects if ssubtmr6.dll is unregistered and registers it.
4.2. Error 7 Out of memory
Occasionally a user will receive an Error 7 Out of Memory message. This has a similar origin to the
unregistered .dll issue above.
Prospector will now re-reregister unregistered .dlls automatically.
4.3. Error 381 occurring in new client load process
This error was caused by an incorrect data flag setting when loading a new client. The flag setting within the
code has been changed to avoid recurrence of the error.
4.4. Adobe script error
In a few situations, users were finding issues with opening up pdf documents from within Prospector when
using adobe reader. This has now been resolved.
4.5. Windows 8 updates
For users of Windows 8 who do not fully shut down their PC on a regular basis then there has been an
incompatibility between Prospector and the Windows 8 automated updating software. This has now been
resolved so that Prospector will run without issues.
4.6. Fact Find affordability screen validation
The fact find has been amended so that when the user is on the Affordability screen, the expenditure type
prompt is not mandatory if there is no value above 0 in the expenditure field.
