The CRG2X4 series by Certolux is a specification-grade, luminaire which provides a
cost-effective fluorescent Cleanroom lighting solution. The model 3425 is designed
as a lay-in unit with the dimensions of a standard HEPA filter which allows for a
consistent ceiling grid spacing for both luminaires and filters. The housing flange
facilitates easing sealing to the ceiling grid.

Precision die formed housing, code
gauge cold rolled steel welded
construction. Holes are provided on
single piece end plates for chain
mounting support to building structure.
The lamp compartment is protected by a
clear polycarbonate lens with an option
pattern 12 overlay. The lens is secured
with adjustable Z style brackets with
through studs on housing faceplate. Clear

All electrical components are CSA or UL
approved. Rotary lock lamp holders
provided ensure positive lamp retention.
Standard electronic ballasts are
programmed or rapid start, with a THD of
less than 20%. Luminaires are provided
standard with cord and plug and sealed
connector(120v) to facilitate wiring to
external power source(No plug for other
voltages) Note: Cord connection not
supplied for US market. Ballast
disconnects are standard for easy ballast
maintenance.
Door Frame
Single piece precision die formed, code
gauge cold rolled steel painted to match
housing. Stainless steel acorn style
fasteners and safety cable allow for easy
re-lamping.
Finish
The luminaire is in a powder painted
white finish.
Approvals
Reflector
The reflector is high reflectance aluminum
for optimum lighting performance and
efficiency.
Approved to CSA and UL standards.
